השירותיםThe services

האתר מציע עיצובים דיגיטליים, פריסות לעריכה עצמית, קורסים דיגיטליים ושירותי מיתוג אישי. חלק מהמוצרים הם קבצים דיגיטליים בלבד ואינם כוללים מוצר פיזי או הדפסה, אלא אם צוין אחרת.The Site offers digital designs, editable templates, digital courses and personal branding services. Some products are digital files only and do not include any physical product or printing, unless stated otherwise.

הזמנות ותשלוםOrders and payment

הזמנה מתבצעת דרך טופס יצירת הקשר או בתיאום ישיר. עבודת העיצוב מתחילה לאחר אישור הפרטים והסדרת התשלום. אספקת הקבצים הדיגיטליים מתבצעת בדוא"ל בהתאם ללוחות הזמנים שיימסרו לכם.Orders are placed via the contact form or by direct arrangement. Design work begins after the details are confirmed and payment is arranged. Delivery of digital files is by email, according to the timeframe communicated to you.

קניין רוחניIntellectual property

כל העיצובים, התמונות, הטקסטים והתכנים באתר הם קניינה הבלעדי של ליאל לאון ומוגנים בזכויות יוצרים. רכישת מוצר מקנה רישיון לשימוש אישי בלבד. אין להעתיק, להפיץ, למכור מחדש או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בעיצובים ללא אישור בכתב.All designs, images, texts and content on the Site are the exclusive property of Liel Leon and protected by copyright. Purchasing a product grants a licence for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell or make commercial use of the designs without written permission.

אחריות המשתמשUser responsibility

באחריותכם לספק פרטים מדויקים להזמנה (שמות, תאריכים ונוסחים) ולבדוק את הקובץ שהתקבל לפני הדפסה. ליאל לאון אינה אחראית לטעויות שמקורן בפרטים שגויים שנמסרו או לתוצאות הדפסה בבית דפוס חיצוני.It is your responsibility to provide accurate order details (names, dates and wording) and to review the delivered file before printing. Liel Leon is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect details supplied, or for print results at an external print shop.

הגבלת אחריותLimitation of liability

השירותים ניתנים כמות שהם. בכל מקרה, היקף האחריות לא יעלה על הסכום ששולם עבור ההזמנה הרלוונטית.Services are provided as is. In any event, the scope of liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

שינוי התנאיםChanges to the terms

אני שומרת לעצמי את הזכות לעדכן את התקנון מעת לעת. הנוסח המעודכן יפורסם בעמוד זה.I reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page.
