מדיניות זו חלה על רכישת מוצרים ושירותים באתר ליאל לאון עיצובים, ומפרטת את התנאים לביטול עסקה והחזר כספי. המדיניות כפופה להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.This policy applies to the purchase of products and services on the Liel Leon Design website and details the terms for cancellation and refunds. It is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

מוצרים דיגיטלייםDigital products

עיצובים, פריסות וקבצים דיגיטליים הם מוצרים הניתנים להורדה ושכפול מיידי. בהתאם לחוק, לאחר שהקובץ נשלח או הונגש להורדה לא ניתן לבטל את העסקה ולקבל החזר, אלא במקרה של פגם בקובץ.Designs, templates and digital files are products that can be downloaded and copied immediately. In accordance with the law, once a file has been sent or made available for download, the transaction cannot be cancelled for a refund, except in the case of a defective file.

עבודות בהתאמה אישיתCustom work

בהזמנות מותאמות אישית, ביטול לפני תחילת העבודה יזכה בהחזר מלא. לאחר תחילת העבודה ייגבה תשלום יחסי בגין השלב שבוצע. לאחר אישור ההגהה הסופית ומסירת הקובץ לא יינתן החזר.For custom orders, cancellation before work has begun entitles you to a full refund. Once work has started, a proportional charge will apply for the stage completed. After final proof approval and delivery of the file, no refund will be given.

קורסים דיגיטלייםDigital courses

ביטול רכישת קורס דיגיטלי אפשרי כל עוד לא ניתנה גישה לתכני הקורס. לאחר קבלת הגישה לתכנים, ובהתאם לאופי המוצר הדיגיטלי, לא ניתן יהיה לבטל ולקבל החזר.A digital course purchase may be cancelled as long as access to the course content has not been granted. Once access to the content has been given, and given the nature of the digital product, the purchase cannot be cancelled for a refund.

פגם או טעותDefect or error

אם נפלה טעות מצידי בקובץ שסופק או שהקובץ פגום, אתקן זאת ללא עלות בהקדם. אם לא ניתן לתקן, יינתן החזר כספי מלא עבור אותו פריט.If there is an error on my part in the delivered file, or the file is defective, I will correct it free of charge as soon as possible. If it cannot be corrected, a full refund will be given for that item.
